2025 Meyer Vineyard Dry Riesling

The 2025 Lemelson Dry Riesling was sourced entirely from our Meyer estate Vineyard in the Dundee Hills AVA. To help maximize aromatic intensity and complexity, the wine was fermented in a mix of neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels. The finished wine was aged on the lees for 6 months with occasional stirring. The wine shows honeysuckle and citrus blossom on the nose with a butterscotch element, pear and warm baking spices on the palate wrapped around an electric core.
